舒适护理干预在老年慢性心衰护理中的效果评价

摘　　要：目的研究探讨舒适护理干预在老年慢性心衰护理中的临床效果。方法选取该院2014年12月—2015年12月的200例老年慢性心衰患者,随机分为干预组和对照组各100例,干预组进行舒适护理干预,对照组进行常规护理,观察两组的临床表现和心理状态。结果干预组气喘缓解时间(4.19±1.36)d,心律恢复(10.12±3.46)d,住院时间(13.38±3.95)d,明显低于对照组喘缓解时间(6.84±1.49)d,心律恢复(16.11±3.41)d,住院时间(19.16±4.19)d,两组比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);干预组焦虑发生率为7.00%,抑郁发病率为10.00%,明显低于对照组焦虑发病率30.00%,抑郁发病率35.00%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论舒适护理干预可以改善老年慢性心衰患者的生理和心理状态,具有临床价值。Objective Study on clinical effect of comfort nursing intervention in elderly patients with chronic heart failure. Methods 200 cases of elderly patients with chronic heart failure were randomly divided into intervention group and control group, each of 100 cases in the hospital from December 2015 to December 2014, the intervention group were comfortable nursing intervention, the control group were routine nursing, the clinical manifestations and psycho-logical status of the two groups were observed, and the satisfaction degree of the two groups were investigated by ques-tionnaire. Results The intervention group asthma remission time （4.19±1.36）d, rhythm restoration（10.12±3.46）d, hos- pitalization time （13.38±3.95） d, was significantly lower than the control group asthma relief time（6.84±1.49）d, rhythm restoration （16.11±3.41）d, hospitalization time （19.16±4.19）d, two groups of difference between has statistical signifi-cance （ P〈0.05）;The incidence of anxiety 7.00% and depression 10.00% in the intervention group was significantly lower than that in the control group （30.00%,35.00%）, the difference was statistically significant （ P〈0.05）. Conclusion Com-fortable nursing intervention can improve the physical and psychological status of elderly patients with chronic heart failure, improve satisfaction, with clinical value.
