急诊护理在脊柱损伤伴多发性创伤患者中的运用

摘　　要：目的对急诊护理在脊柱损伤伴多发性创伤患者中的运用进行分析。方法抽取该院于2015年1月—2016年1月间收治的脊柱损伤伴多发性创伤患者60例,采用随机数字表法分组为观察组和对照组,每组30例。对照组行常规护理,观察组行急诊护理。研究结束后对比两组救护车到达时间、有效抢救时间、抢救成功率、满意度、不良反应发生率。结果①观察组救护车平均(13.54±6.98)min到达,对照组救护车则用时(13.14±6.45)min,P>0.05,观察组有效抢救时间、抢救成功率以及不良反应发生率分别为:(27.38±5.97)、28(93.33%)、4(13.33%)均明显优于对照组,P<0.05;②观察组满意度90.00%,对照组为70.00%,比较患者对本组护理的满意度评价,P<0.05差异有统计学意义。结论对脊柱损伤伴多发性创伤的患者进行急诊护理,能及时有效的救治患者,稳定患者病情,提高急诊质量,加强患者的安全保障,值得推广。Objective On emergency nursing in spinal injury with multiple trauma patients using analysis. Methods se-lected from our hospital in spine injuries were treated between January 2016 and 2015 January with 60 cases of pa-tients with multiple trauma, using a random number table method of grouped into observation group and control group, with 30 cases in each group. Control group received routine nursing care, observation group underwent emergency nursing. After the end of the study compared two groups of ambulance arrival time, the effective rescue time and suc-cess rate of rescue and satisfaction, the incidence of adverse reactions. Results Observed that the group mean ambu-lance（13.54±698） min arrived, the control group of the ambulance with when（13.14±645） min, P〉0.05, observe effec-tive rescue time, the rescue success rate and adverse reaction incidence were：（27.38±5.97）,28 （93.33%） and 4 （13.33%） were significantly better than the control group, P 〈 0.05; II the satisfaction of the observation group is 90.00%, 70.00% in the control group, compared with satisfaction evaluation of care for this group, P〈 0.05.the difference was statistically significant.Conclusion Conclusion of spinal injury with multiple trauma patients with emergency care, timely and effective treatment, patients in stable condition, improve the quality of emergency, strengthen the safety of the patients Security, it is worth promoting.
