摘 要:目的通过检测冠心病患者中血清HCY、hs-CRP和NT-proBNP的水平变化探讨其临床意义。方法选取2015年1—12月期间安阳市中医院冠心病住院患者150例作为试验组,同时选取健康体检者80名为对照组;分别检测血清HCY、hs-CRP和NT-proBNP水平,并对结果进行统计学分析对比。结果试验组血清HCY(22.29±8.12)umol/L、hs-CRP(6.14±3.03)mg/L和NT-proBNP(289.5±53.18)ng/L水平均明显高于对照组HCY(8.26±3.91)umol/L、hs-CRP(1.96±0.84)mg/L和NT-proBNP(96.25±37.29)ng/L,两组比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);且冠心病患者HCY阳性率最高82.67%,其次为hs CRP(68.00%)和NT-proBNP(59.33%)。结论冠心病患者血清HCY、hs-CRP和NT-proBNP水平明显增高,有效降低冠心病患者HCY水平对冠心病的治疗具有重要意义。Objective To investigate the clinical significance of HCY, hs-CRP and NT – proBNP by detecting their serum level variation in Coronary Artery Disease. Methods Choose 150 cases of coronary heart disease inpatients in Anyang Hospital of TCM between January 2015 and December 2015 as trial group while taking 80 cases of healthy control as control group; Serum HCY, hs-CRP and NT-proBNP detection were applied to trail group and control group respectively and detection results were statistically analyzed. Results HCY(22.29±8.12) umol/L,hs-CRP(6.14±3.03)mg/L and NT-proBNP(289.5 ±53.18) ng/L serum levels of trail group were significantly higher than that of control group HCY(8.26±3.91) umol/L、hs-CRP(1.96±0.84)mg/L 和 NT-proBNP(96.25±37.29)ng/L and there were statistical significance between two groups above(P〈0.05); Positive rate of HCY, hs-CRP and NT-proBNP in trail group were ranked as follows:HCY(82.67%),hs CRP(68.00%) and NT-proBNP(59.33%).Conclusion HCY,hs-CRP and the NT-proBNP Serum levels were?significantly higher in Coronary Artery Disease patients and reducing HCY serum level is of great importance to Coronary Artery Disease treatment.
