双向综合心理干预模式对唇腭裂患者希望水平、社会支持状况及症状自评情况的影响

摘　　要：目的研究探讨双向综合心理干预模式在唇腭裂患者中希望水平、社会支持状况和症状自评情况的影响。方法随机选择2015年2月—2016年2月在该院就医的唇腭裂患者65例及其父母为研究对象,根据其就医顺序,将采用双向综合心理干预模式的33例唇腭裂患者做为观察组,采用常规护理干预模式的32例患者为对照组,对比实验组和对照组患者在临床研究情况。结果统计两组患者的希望水平、社会支持和家长的SCL-90得分情况。干预后观察组患者希望得分(41.28±4.05),高于对照组患者(37.86±4.63);观察组患者社会支持总分(43.64±7.31)都明显优于对照组患者(38.62±6.93),与此同时,观察组患者家长9个SCL-90指标均明显低于对照组,两组间差异具有统计学的意义(P<0.05)。结论对比两组患者希望水平、社会支持情况和症状自评情况,可以发现,唇腭裂患者采用双向综合心理干预模式相比常规护理陌生有明显的优势。Objective Study investigated the two-way comprehensive psychological intervention model desired level,the impact on social support and SCL situation in cleft lip and palate patients. Methods Randomly selected from February 2015 to February 2016 in our hospital for medical treatment of patients with cleft lip and palate 65 cases and33 cases of cleft lip and palate parents for the study, according to the order of their medical treatment, the two-way comprehensive psychological intervention model as the observation group using the conventional mode of nursing intervention in a clinical study of 32 patients as the control group, compared to the experimental and control groups of patients the case. Results SCL-90 scores of the two groups were desired level statistics, social support and parents.Observe patients hope score（41.28±4.05）points, higher in patients（37.86±4.63）points; the observation group patients＇ social support score（43.64±7.31）points were significantly better than the control group of patients（38.62±6.73）points,and this Meanwhile, the parents of the patients in the observation group 9 SCL-90 index were significantly lower than the control group, the difference between the two groups is statistically significant（P〈0.05）. Conclusion Compared two groups of patients desired level, social support and SCL situation can be found in patients with cleft lip and palate bidirectional psychological intervention compared to usual care unfamiliar mode has obvious advantages.
