摘　　要：目的检测转化生长因子β-1(transforming growth factor beta-1,TGFβ-1)在脓毒症所致急性呼吸窘迫综合征(acute respiratory distress syndrome,ARDS)患者血清中的表达。方法选取该院2014年1月—2015年12月脓毒症患者52例纳入该研究,根据ARDS诊断标准将其分为两组:ARDS组(n=24,其中7例患者死亡)和非ARDS组(n=28)。抽取患者入院时和入院后7 d静脉血,并采用酶联免疫吸附法(ELISA)检测血清TGFβ-1的表达。结果入院时两组患者血清TGFβ-1的表达未见显著差异(P>0.05);入院后7 d,ARDS组患者(42.1±2.72)pg/m L血清TGFβ-1的表达显著高于非ARDS组(51.3±3.16)pg/m L,且ARDS组内死亡患者(85.3±23.50)pg/m L血清TGFβ-1较幸存患者(35.5±10.24)pg/m L显著升高(P<0.05)差异均有统计学意义。结论血清TGFβ-1是一类敏感指标,可用于预判脓毒症患者是否并发ARDS。Objective To measure the expression of serum transforming growth factor β-1（TGFβ-1） in patients with sepsis-induced acute respiratory distress syndrome（ARDS）. Methods Fifty-two sepsis patients from January 2014 to December 2015 in our hospital were enrolled in the present study, and were divided into two groups according to the diagnostic standard for ARDS： ARDS group（n=24） and non-ARDS group（n=28）（Seven patients were non-survivors from ARDS group）.Venous Blood were obtained from patients at admission and on day 7, and were detected for TGFβ-1 by enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay（ELISA） kit. Results At admission, there were no statistical differences in TGF-β1 levels between ARDS group and non-ARDS group（P〈0.05）. After 7 days of admission, serum TGF-β1 levels were significantly higher in ARDS group（51.3±3.16） pg/m L than those in non-ARDS group（42.1±2.72） pg/m L（P〈0.05）. Furthermore, in ARDS group, non-survivors（85.3±23.50） pg/m L showed that TGF-β1 levels were significantly higher than survivors（35.5±10.24） pg/m L（P〈0.05）. Conclusion Serum TGF-β1 is a sensitive bio-marker, which could probably be applied to predict the comorbidity of ARDS in patients with sepsis.
