介入超声穿刺引流用于胰周脓肿治疗中的临床效果

摘　　要：目的分析胰周脓肿治疗中应用介入超声穿刺引流的临床效果。方法随机选择2013年8月—2015年6月在该院接受治疗的胰周脓肿患者70例参与研究,借助超声引导将引流管置入进行引流治疗,观察患者穿刺引流情况、治疗效果、并发症发生情况以及随访结果。结果患者治愈率为91.43%,平均治疗用时37d,一共安置有212根引流管,平均引流管置入深度13.6cm,出现并发症患者有6例,随访期间4例患者并发1型糖尿病,2例患者食欲不振,4例患者出现胆囊结石,52例患者体质量增加。结论介入超声穿刺引流治疗胰周脓肿效果明显,安全性高,值得推广。Objective To analyze the clinical effect of interventional ultrasound puncture and drainage in the treatment of pancreatic abscess. Methods Randomly selected in August 2013 to June 2015 in our hospital accepted treatment of peripancreatic abscess patients 70 patients participated in the study, with ultrasound guided drainage catheter drainage treatment, patients in the observation group puncture drainage and treatment of complication and follow-up results.Results Patients, the cure rate was 91.43%, average treatment with 37 d, a total of resettlement has 212 drainage tube,the average drainage tube placement depth 13.6 cm, 6 patients with complications, during the follow-up period, 4 cases of patients with type 1 diabetes, 2cases of patients with loss of appetite, 4 cases patients with gallbladder stones, 52 cases of patients with body mass increased. Conclusion The effect of interventional ultrasound puncture drainage in the treatment of pancreatic abscess is obvious, high safety, it is worth promoting.
