不同剂量舒芬太尼对全身麻醉下老年患者关节置换术后苏醒质量的影响

摘　　要：目的探讨不同剂量舒芬太尼对全身麻醉下老年患者关节置换术后苏醒质量的影响。方法随机对该院2012年7月—2015年12月节置换术老年患者,将其作为主要观察对象,所有患者均采用舒芬太尼进行全身麻醉,根据麻醉用药剂量进行分组,观察组患者剂量为0.15μg/kg,对照组剂量为0.25μg/kg,比较2组患者术后苏醒质量。结果观察组自主呼吸、拔管时间、定向力恢复时间分别为(11.23±2.51)min、(15.04±2.24)min、(17.56±2.17)min。对照组分别为(18.63±3.47)min、(24.56±4.68)min、(26.17±4.97)min,2组差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对于接受关节置换术的老年患者而言,采用0.15μg/kg舒芬太尼行全身麻醉,可加快患者术后苏醒,具有安全性和可靠性。Objective To study the effects of different dose of sufentanil on general anesthesia analepsia quality after joint replacement in elderly patients. Methods Random 2012 July- December 2015 joint replacement in elderly patients, as the main object of observation, all patients were treated with sufentanil anesthesia, according to the anesthetic dosage group, observation group patients doses of 0.15 g/kg, group in a dose of 0.25 μg/kg, were compared between the two groups of patients with postoperative recovery quality. Results In the observation group, the recovery time of spontaneous breathing, extubation time and directional force recovery time were（11.23±2.51）min,（15.04 ± 2.24）min,（17.56±2.17）min. In the control group, respectively（18.63±3.47）min,（24.56±4.68）min,（26.17±4.97）min, the difference between the two groups has statistical significance（P〈0.05）. Conclusion For aged patients undergoing arthroplasty by 0.15 μg/kg of sufentanil for general anesthesia can accelerate postoperative recovery, with safety and reliability.
