摘 要:采用有限元逐步正装计算分析法,利用桥梁博士软件对漳龙铁路跨线桥上部结构施工过程进行模拟分析,计算桥梁在各个施工阶段的变形、内力和危险截面上的应力,得出其施工全过程的结构构型、内力状态及控制参数。基于理论计算和实测结果的比较分析,及时调整后续施工梁端立模标高,确保主梁线形平顺、主梁和桥墩应力变化控制在规范规定的限值范围内,并确保成桥后结构内力和线形处于有效控制状态。This paper adopted finite element gradual loading calculation analysis method and used bridge doctoral software to carry out simulation analysis to construction of the upper structure of Zhangzhou-Longyan railway crossing bridge,so to calculate the deformation,internal forces and stress on dangerous sections of the bridge at each stage of construction,and to obtain the structural configuration,internal force and control parameters of the entire process of construction.Based upon theoretical calculation and comparison/analysis of actually measured results,adjust in time the elevation of beam end vertical model for follow-up constructions,so to assure smooth main beam linearity,stress of main beam and piers controlled in specified limitation,and make sure the structural internal force and linearity of the finished bridge under effective control.
