摘　　要：该文以某三级甲等医院取得的成效为例,通过探讨不良事件的上报意义、不良事件报告制度的机制等各个方面,对该院不良事件进行分类统计,论述该院通过医疗不良事件报告制度的实施,有效提高医院医疗质量,保障了患者安全,降低了医疗风险,并对如何完善医疗不良事件报告制度提出设想,以寻求一条科学质控之路,不断提高医疗机构对医疗不良事件的管理水平。The paper conducts the classification statistics of adverse events in the hospital by studying the report significance and adverse events report system and taking the some AAA hospital as examples,elaborates that the hospital effectively improves the medical quality,ensures the safety of patients,reduces the medical risks by the implementation of medical adverse events report system and comes up with an idea of how to improve the medical adverse events report system in order to search for a scientific quality control way thus constantly improving the management level of medical organizations to the medical adverse events.
