精益管理对住院药房调剂差错率的影响分析

摘　　要：目的研究分析精益管理对住院药房调剂差错率的影响。方法采取有效的精益管理措施对住院药房存在的一些常见的问题进行优化与改善,从而降低住院药房调剂差错率。结果实施有效的精益管理措施后住院病房的发药失误率明显降低,使患者用药的安全性大大提高,同时也提升了病区内医护人员以及患者对药房发药工作的满意度。结论精益管理运用于住院药房的预防调剂失误的实际工作中具有极高的应用价值,并且效果显著,值得广泛推广使用。Objective This article tries to investigate and analyze the effect of lean management to the hospital pharmacy dispensing error rate. Methods The effective lean management measures can optimize and improve some common problems of the hospital pharmacy, and decrease the dispensing error rate. Results The implementation of lean management greatly decreased the hospital pharmacy dispensing error rate, and obviously improved the safety of the patients ＇ drug use, and improved the satisfaction of medical staff and patients in the wards with pharmacy work. Conclusion Lean management has much remarkable value to be applied to the practical work of prevention and modulation errors in the hospital pharmacy,and it is worth promotion and application.
