体重指数在64层螺旋CT心脏扫描X线剂量管理中的应用研究

摘　　要：目的探究体重指数在64层螺旋CT心脏扫描X线剂量管理中的应用价值。方法选择2015年6月—2016年5月该院接诊的200例64层螺旋CT心脏检查患者进行研究,排除其他因素干扰,将200例患者随机分为两组,对照组患者采取常规检查方法,观察组在检前计算体重指数,计算出m A的值,再借助心脏前置滤线器进行扫描,借助ECG电流调控技术重建后置滤线器,对两组患者体重指数、图像质量评分、噪音、X线剂量进行对比分析。结果在体重指数和图像质量评分方面,对照组和观察组对比差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);在图像噪音方面,观察组图像噪音值更大,对比差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);在有效剂量方面,观察组X线使用剂量显著低于对照组,对比差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在64层螺旋CT心脏扫描X线剂量管理中,应用体重指数可以起到非常重要的控制作用,能够显著降低X线的使用剂量,值得在临床上推广应用。Objective This paper tries to explore the value of body mass index in X-ray dose management of 64 slice spiral CT cardiac scan. Methods 200 cases of patients with 64 slice spiral CT cardiac from June 2015 to May 2016 in the hospital were selected without other interfering factors. These patients were randomly divided into two groups, and the control group adopted routine inspection method, patients in the observation group were calculated body mass index before check,obtaining the value of the m A, and then scanned with the help of heart front line filter and rear line filter of ECG current regulation technical reconstruction. Body mass index, image quality score, noise, X-ray dose of the two groups were analyzed and compared. Results There was no statistically significant difference between these two groups in terms of body mass index and image quality score（P〈0.05）; the scores of image and noise of the observation group were higher than that of control group, and the differences were statistically significant（P〉0.05）; X-ray dose of the observation group was lower than that of the control group in terms of effective dose, so there was statistically significant difference（P〈0.05）. Conclusion The application of the body mass index in X-ray dose management of 64 slice spiral CT scanning takes effects, and it can significantly reduce X-ray dose, is worth popularization and application.
