地名普查中主要难题的研究与解决方法

摘　　要：天津市第二次全国地名普查是一个系统性工程,天津自1981年开展地名普查以来,已有30年没有进行普查,该工程是一项工作量繁重、质量要求严格、任务艰巨的测绘项目。针对地名普查整个流程的特点,结合长期工作实践,提出一种在地名普查的内、外业数据生产的各个阶段用程序辅助解决普查过程中难题的方法,并将此方法应用于天津市第二次地名普查中。通过实践证明此方法为普查节省了大量的人工和时间,提高了普查的效率与质量,可以广泛应用于此类测绘项目。The second national census names in Tianjin city is a systems engineering,since 1981 to carry out the census names,there have been no census for 30 years,so the census names work is a heavy workload,strict quality requirements,the arduous task of surveying and mapping project. According to the whole process characteristics of census names,combined with the long-term working practice,put forward a kind of with program assist method throughout inside and outside the industry production data in the census names,and this method is applied to the second census names in Tianjin city. The practice proves that this method saves a lot of manpower and time for the census,improve the quality and efficiency of the census,can be widely used in the surveying and mapping project.
