住院肺炎患儿呼吸道标本分离菌的分布和耐药情况研究

摘　　要：目的:探究住院肺炎患儿呼吸道标本分离菌的分布与耐药性。方法:对2015年住院肺炎患儿2 001例呼吸道标本进行收集,借助培养与抗菌药物敏感性、耐药性试验对结果予以分析。结果:在儿科送检呼吸道2 001份标本中,总计分离出病原菌278株,阳性率13.89%。其中革兰阴性菌222例,占79.86%,革兰阳性菌56例,占20.14%;药敏试验显示:流感嗜血杆菌产β-内酰胺酶阳性率41.7%、卡他莫拉菌产β-内酰胺酶阳性率100%、青霉素耐药的肺炎链球菌检出率3.7%。结论:导致2015年住院肺炎患儿呼吸道感染的主要病原菌为流感嗜血杆菌、肺炎链球菌与卡他莫拉菌,对病原菌定期分离,并有效监测其耐药性,能够促使其耐药性的变迁及时了解,对儿童抗菌药物合理应用具有监管与指导作用。Objective To investigate the distribution and drug resistance in hospitalized children with pneumonia in respiratory tract isolates. Method In 2015 2 001 cases of hospitalized children with pneumonia respiratory specimens were collected,with the help of culture and drug sensitivity of bacteria,drug resistance test to analyze the results. Results In the pediatric respiratory tract from 2 001 specimens,a total of 278 strains of bacteria were isolated,positive the rate of 13. 89%. Gram negative bacteria in 222 cases,accounted for 79. 86%,gram positive bacteria in 56 cases,accounting for 20. 14%; drug sensitive test showed that the positive rate of Haemophilus influenzae producing beta lactamase 41. 7%,Mora bacteria producing beta lactamase positive rate of penicillin resistant Streptococcus pneumoniae 100%,the detection rate of 3. 7%. Conclusion In 2015 the main pathogenic bacteria of respiratory tract infection in children with pneumonia for Haemophilus influenzae,Streptococcus pneumoniae and Moraxella Mora bacteria,Streptococcus pneumoniae and Mora pulled him on bacteria,pathogenic bacteria and regular separation,effectively monitor the resistance change,can promote the drug resistance in a timely manner understand,with supervision and guidance for children＇s rational use of antibiotics.
