“血糖管理三人行”项目对糖尿病患者胰岛素用量及血糖控制的影响

摘　　要：依托基础胰岛素患者管理软件系统,建立"血糖管理三人行"项目,由医生、护士、患者共同参与,对3 194例使用基础胰岛素的糖尿病患者进行管理。共随访12周,观察患者血糖控制情况及遵医嘱使用胰岛素情况。随访期间患者空腹血糖值较入组时均有所改善,且随着患者参与项目时间的延长,空腹血糖值逐渐接近正常值,患者胰岛素使用剂量未出现明显波动。"血糖管理三人行"项目的实施能够优化对糖尿病患者的管理,改善患者血糖水平,控制每日胰岛素使用剂量。The blood glucose management group was set up based on the management software for the diabetic patients with basic insulin treatment. The group was made up of physicians,nurses and patients themselves. A total of 3 194 patients were recruited and managed in the project of ＂blood glucose management group＂. All the participants were followed up for 12 weeks. During the follow-ups,the level of blood glucose control and the adherence to the insulin treatment were assessed. The fasting plasma glucose was improved compared with the glucose level when patients were initially involved in the project. With the time going on,the fasting plasma glucose level of patients staying in the project was gradually near the normal level. Moreover,insulin dose did not change greatly. The blood glucose management group project optimized the blood glucose management of diabetic patients and controlled their daily insulin dose.
