摘　　要：彭万年教授擅长在六经辨证指导下灵活运用经方诊治糖尿病及疑难杂病。临证用药重视固扶脾肾之本,认为血瘀之变贯穿糖尿病始终。如糖尿病"三消"症状典型者,常以白虎加人参汤加减;喜用旋覆代赭汤、桂枝加芍药汤加减治疗糖尿病伴胃肠疾病者;小柴胡汤调理糖尿病患者情志及睡眠障碍;当归四逆汤治疗糖尿病周围神经病变;糖尿病肾病以肾气丸、真武汤加减;而田七和四逆散的运用常贯穿糖尿病各期的治疗。Professor PENG Wannian is good at using classical prescriptions in the diagnosis and treatment of diabetic and miscellaneous problems under the six meridians syndrome differentiation system. The professor attached great importance to strengthening the spleen and kidney, suggesting that blood stasis changes throughout diabetes. If the diabetic ＂Sanxiao ＂ symptoms are typical, professor PENG often uses Baihu Rensheng decoction. In addition, Professor likes to use the Xuanfu Daizhe decoction and Guizhi Shaoyao decoction to treat diabetic patients with gastrointestinal diseases, uses Xiaochaihu decoction to regulate mood and sleep disorders in diabetic patients, uses Danggui Sini decoction to treat diabetic peripheral neuropathy,and uses Shenqi Pill and Zhenwu decoction in treating diabetic nephropathy, Tianqi and Sini powder often through each period of treatment of diabetes.
