优质护理干预在子宫内膜异位症患者腹腔镜手术围术期中的价值

摘　　要：目的研究分析优质护理干预在子宫内膜异位症患者腹腔手术围术期中的应用价值。方法抽取我院2014年1月-2016年1月期间收治的180例子宫内膜异位症并行腹腔镜手术治疗的患者作为研究对象,随机分为常规护理组和优质护理组,各90例。比较2组心理改善情况和护理满意度。结果优质护理组的心理改善情况与常规护理组相比更加明显(P<0.05);纳入本次研究的子宫内膜异位症患者在接受治疗后,血清抗体水平在一定范围内发生了变化,包括高质量的护理病人的关节护理,与常规护理组相比血清IgG升高,IgA和补体C4水平提高不明显,优质护理组和常规护理组的护理满意度分别为95.56%、74.44%,前者更优(P<0.05)。结论在子宫内膜异位症患者腹腔镜手术围术期对其行优质护理可以有效缓解不良心理,提高护理满意度。Objective To investigate the value of high quality nursing intervention in perioperative period of abdominal surgery in endometriosis patients. Methods 180 cases of endometriosis in our hospital from January 2014 to January 2016 were selected from the parallel laparoscopic surgery patients as the research object, randomly divided into routine nursing group（the routine nursing care for the patients） and quality of nursing group（the group of patients with high quality nursing intervention）, namely 90 cases were in one group. The psychological improvement and nursing satisfaction of the two groups were compared. Results The quality of nursing group psychological improvement compared with the conventional nursing group were more obvious, P〈0.05. The serum antibody level of endometriosis patients changed after treatment to some extent. Patients＇ serum IgG level increased in the nursing group patients compared with the routine nursing group while IgA and complement C4 level is not obvious. The satisfaction degrees of the nursing group and routine nursing group were 95.56% and 74.44% separately. The former is better than the latter, and P〈0.05. Conclusion It is effective to relieve the negative psychological emotion and improve the satisfaction degree of the endometriosis patients with high quality nursing intervention during the perioperative period of laparoscopic surgery. It is worth popularizing.
