摘 要:目的调查个案化健康教育对糖尿病患者知识掌握和遵医行为的影响。方法选取入院治疗的2型糖尿病患者150例,采用前瞻性自身对照研究,对患者进行个案化健康教育,通过比较患者在健康教育前和健康教育后6个月疾病自我管理能力和糖尿病相关知识的掌握情况的变化,以评价患者的遵医行为改善情况。结果健康教育后,糖尿病患者的疾病自我管理能力及糖尿病相关知识掌握情况均较健康教育前有明显改善,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论实施个案化健康教育有助于提高患者知识掌握程度,有效地改善患者的遵医行为。Objective To investigate the influence of case based health education on knowledge mastering and compliance behavior in patients with diabetes mellitus. Methods Selected 150 cases of hospitalized patients with type 2 diabetes, prospective self controlled study was conducted, case based health education was conducted among the patients, the change of the self-management ability and diabetes related knowledge of the patients before and after the health education 6 months after the health education were compared to evaluate the compliance behavior of the patients. Results After health education, both disease self-management ability of diabetic and the mastery of diabetes related knowledge improved significantly before health education, the difference was statistically significant(P〈0.05).Conclusion The implementation of case based health education can help improve the patient's ability of getting knowledge, and effectively improve the compliance behavior of patients.
