摘　　要：《临证指南医案》是叶天士晚年诊疗技术集大成的体现,肿胀门充分反映了名医叶天士的诊疗水平,从肝肺脾肾入手,先辨别是肿还是胀,肿本乎水,胀由乎气;其次辨别病之虚实、病因、部位,对后世治疗肿胀这类疾病提供了诊疗思路。Guide to Clinical Medical Record was YE Tianshi treatment technology reflects the culmination of the old age, swelling disease fully reflects the level of diagnosis and treatment of the famous doctor YE Tianshi. From the liver and spleen and kidney. First to distinguish between swelling or expansion, swelling reflects water, expension reflects gas; Then identify the actual situation of the disease, etiology, location. To provide the diagnosis and treatment thought for the later treatment of swelling.
