摘  要:以安徽省万佛湖风景区为研究实例,基于2013—2015年百度搜索指数,分析景区网络关注度的时空分布特征、人群属性特征、搜索需求及其影响机理,为景区提升营销管理提供数据支撑。研究表明:2013—2015年该景区网络关注度时间分布上平稳上升,季节性变化强,年内呈"双峰形","十一"黄金周内呈"单峰形";空间分布上稳定集中,主要集中在省内周边区域和长三角地区;年龄段集中在20—39岁;搜索需求集中在住宿、门票、旅游攻略等方面。因此,万佛湖风景区需要创新思路,对接主要客源市场的旅游者特征,开发旅游产品,开展网络平台服务,提升网络关注度,满足信息搜索需求。Anhui 5A Wanfo Lake Scenic Area taken as an example, based on 2013-2015 Baidu search index, this study analyzes time-space distribution of network attention to scenic spots, demographic characteristics, search demand and influence mechanism, to provide data support for the scenic spot marketing strategy. As the results in- dication: 2013-2015 network attention to scenic spots rises steadily from the aspect of temporal distribution, with strong seasonal variety; a obvious double spike distribution is visible on a yearly basis and a single spike distribu- tion is visible within October 1 s, golden week ; spatial distribution of Internet search concentrates in the surrounding areas and Yangtze fiver delta area. Search user age range concentrates on 20-39; search demands mainly include hotel, tickets and travel routes. Therefore, Wanfo Lake 5A scenic spot needs to innovate business concepts, to meet the characteristics of tourists, to develop relevant tourist products, to provide network platform service, to en- hance the network popularity, and to meet the demands of network search.
