摘　　要：采用文献资料法、专家访谈法等方法了解黑龙江冰雪装备制造业概念与发展现状,分析黑龙江省冰雪体育装备制造业面临冰雪装备产业发展观念滞后、装备制造处在低端徘徊、装备需求市场尚未成熟、资金的匮乏、人才储备不足等困境。提出尽快制定冰雪体育装备制造业发展战略规划、引进与自主创新协同发展、打造企业核心竞争力等发展战略。旨在为黑龙江省冰天雪地转化成金山银山提供参考依据。With the methods of literature information and expert interviews,the paper studies the concepts and status of Heilongjiang ice-snow sports equipments manufacturing industry. It finds out there are some problems with which the industry is faced as follows： the concept of ice-snow equipment industry lags behind,the equipment manufacturing is hovering at the lower end,the equipment market is not yet mature,the funds and qualified personnel are lacking. It suggests the development strategies as follows： to formulate the development plan of ice-snow sports equipment manufacturing industry as soon as possible,to have the coordinated development of introduction and independent innovation,to build the core competence of enterprise. The purpose is to provide a reference for extracting the economic value of ice-snow resources in Heilongjiang province.
