摘　　要：文中提出了基于快速战术通信网的应急通信系统的网络架构和快速部署方案,初步探讨了Adhoc网络、异构网络互联互通和无线资源智能管控等关键技术。In this paper, we describe the architecture of the emergency communication system based on fast tactics communication network, and scenario of fast deployed. And then, we discuss key technologies of the system, including Adhoc network, heterogeneous networks’ interoperability, and intelligent management of wireless resources.
