品管圈活动降低PICC出院患者并发症发生率的应用效果

摘　　要：目的 探讨品管圈活动对PICC带管出院患者并发症发生率的影响效果.方法 选取2015年4-10月PICC带管出院患者86例由QCC小组进行管理作为观察组,2014年8月-2015年3月PICC带管出院患者78例由责任护士常规随访护理作为对照组,比较两组患者出院期间导管维护依从性及并发症发生率.结果 实验组患者出院期间维护依从性提高（P〈0.05）,导管并发症发生率低于对照组患者（P〈0.05）.结论 开展品管圈活动,有效提高延伸护理服务质量,降低患者院外带管并发症发生率,值得临床上推广应用.Objective To explore the application effect of the quality control circle activities in reducing the incidence of complications of PICC discharged patients.Methods A total of 86 cases of PICC patients who were discharged from April to October 2015 were selected as the observation group and were managed by QCC group.Another 78 cases of PICC patients who were discharged from August 2014 to March 2015 were chosen as the control group and received conventional follow-up visit by charge nurses.The compliance of the maintenance of catheter and the incidence of complications out of hospital of the two groups were compared.Results The compliance of maintenance of the patients of the experimental group after discharge was improved（P〈0.05）,whereas the incidence of complications of the experimental group was lower than that of the control group（P〈0.05）.Conclusion QCC acitivity can effectively improve the quality of extension nursing service,decrease the incidence of complications of patients with catheter out of hospital. It is worth of clinical promotion and application.
