摘  要:为明确燕麦I-D新品系对生态环境的要求及生态适应性,了解不同生态区燕麦光合生理特性和生产性能,以父本(青海甜燕麦)、母本(青海444)和青引1号燕麦为对照,对选育的I-D品系在3个高寒区域(民和、湟中和海晏)的光合性能、生产性能进行了研究。结果表明:各燕麦材料旗叶叶绿素(Chl)含量均随生育期的推进呈上升趋势,至乳熟期最高,Chl a/b呈下降趋势;Pn、Gs和Tr均随生育期推进而呈先升后降变化趋势,至抽穗期最大,而Ci变化规律则相反;随试验点海拔的升高,各材料Chl、Chl a/b和Gs呈升高趋势,而Pn、Ci和Tr呈降低趋势;在不同区域各时期,Chl a/b、Chl、Pn、Gs和Tr平均含量均为青海甜燕麦>燕麦I-D品系>青海444>青引1号。干草产量与Chl、Pn、Tr、Gs和Ci间存在显著或极显著相关关系。燕麦I-D品系保持了父本青海甜燕麦较高的干草产量和光合特性,显著高于母本青海444和对照青引1号,为高光效品种,具有较强的生态适应性,适宜在高海拔地区进行饲草生产利用。In order to understand requirement for growing conditions of a new hybridization strain for alpine regions,I-D strain,and its adaptability to ecological environment,and to understand photosynthetic physiology and production performance,a study on photosynthetic physiology and production performance of the I-D strain was conducted in 3various alpine locations(Minhe,Huangzhong and Haiyan),male parent Avena sativa L.cv.Qinghai and female parent A.sativa L.cv.Qinghai 444 and A.sativa L.cv.Qingyin No.1 were used as controls.The results showed that,during phenological stages,Chlorophyll(Chl)of flag leaf of all 4 materials increased,reaching their maximum in milking stage,Chl a/b decreased;and net photosynthetic rate(Pn),Gs and Tr kept increasing until heading stage,then decreased,while intercellular CO2concentration(Ci)of the 4materials presented opposite pattern.Along with increase of altitude in the 3locations,Chl,Chl a/b and Gs of the 4 materials increased and Pn,Ci and Tr decreased.Average Chl a/b,Chl,Pn,Gs and Tr in 3different locations during phenological stages presented as the following:A.sativa L.cv.Qinghai〉I-D strain oats〉 A.sativa L.cv.Qinghai 444 〉A.sativa L.cv.Qingyin No.1.Correlation between hay production and Chl,Pn,Tr,Gs and Ci were significant or highly significant.The I-D stain inherited high hay production and photosynthesis from the male parent,being significantly higher than those of oats materials.It is suggested that the I-D strain can be extensively utilized for fodder production in the alpine regions due to its good photosynthetic efficiency and highly ecological adaptability.
