摘  要:采用温室内孢子悬浮液喷雾接种法,通过测定病情指数、株高和地上生物量指标,对来自于国内外的50份苜蓿(Medicago)材料进行了苗期抗炭疽病评价。结果表明:不同苜蓿材料对炭疽病的抗病性差异显著(P<0.05),其中高抗材料为"沙湾"、"淮阴"、"咸阳"、"运城"、"博维"和"日本"6份,占总材料的12%;高感材料为"P-23"、"准格尔"、"特雷克"、"哥萨克"、"伊鲁瑰斯"、"敖德萨"和"皮克斯塔"7份,占14%;其余材料均为中抗和中感材料,占74%。接种亚麻刺盘孢后苜蓿的株高和地上生物量均显著下降(P<0.05),感病材料株高和地上生物量的下降幅度明显大于抗性材料。The disease index,plant height and aboveground biomass of fifty varieties of alfalfa at seedling stage were measured after inoculated with suspensions of spores from anthracnose.The resistance of fifty cultivars of alfalfa to Colletotrichum linicola were comprehensively analyzed.The results showed that there were six high resistant varieties:‘Shawan',‘Huaiyin',‘Xianyang',‘Yuncheng',‘Bowei'and‘Riben',which together accounted for 12%.There were seven highly sensitive varieties:‘P-23',‘Zhengeer',‘Teleike',‘Gesake',‘Yiluguisi',‘Aodesa'and ‘Pikesita',which together accounted for 14%.The remaining varieties were resistant and sensitive and together accounted for 74%.There were significant differences among the 50cultivars(P〈0.05).The plant height and aboveground biomass of alfalfa decreased significantly after inoculating with Colletotrichum linicola(P〈0.05),the decline of plant height and aboveground biomass of the sensitive materials were greater than those of the tolerant materials.
