摘　　要：目的:系统评价父亲2型糖尿病与新生儿出生体重的相关性。方法:通过计算机检索Cochrane Library、PubMed、中国生物医学文献数据库(CBMdisc)、中国知识基础设施工程(CNKI)、维普、万方等数据库,时限从建库至2016年11月,查找国内外报道父亲2型糖尿病与新生儿出生体重的相关文献。按照纳入与排除标准选择文献,提取资料,利用Revman 5.3软件进行meta分析。结果:最终纳入文献3篇,均为队列研究,父亲2型糖尿病组纳入总人数为20 260人,父亲无糖尿病组为207 399人,meta分析结果显示父亲患2型糖尿病组与父亲无糖尿病组相比,新生儿平均出生体重降低均数差为-89.05g(95%CI:-147.66~30.44,P=0.003)。结论:父亲2型糖尿病可能与新生儿低出生体重相关。Objective：To evaluate the relationship between paternal type 2 diabetes and neonatal birth weight systematically. Methods： Databases including Coehrane Library, PubMed, CBM, CNKI, VIP and Wanfang were searched to identify the articles which reported the relationship between neonatal birth weight and paternal type 2 diabetes, and related articles were searched from databases established to November 2016. Meta analysis were performed by the Cochrane eollaboration＇s Revman 5.3 software after the selection of articles, extraction of data and assessment of quality of articles based on the inclusive and exclusive criteria. Results： Three researches, which were all cohort studies, were included for systematic review eventually. There were 20 260 fathers suffered from Type 2 diabetes and 207 399 fathers without Type 2 diabetes. The mean difference of neonatal birth weight between the two groups was -89.05g （95%CI： - 147.66 to -30.44, P = 0.003）. Conclusion ： This systematic review suggests that there is relationship between lower offspring birth weight and paternal type 2 diabetes.
