摘 要:以季铵化壳聚糖(QCS)、纤维素(CM)和小分子游离胍(Guanidine)为原料,戊二醛(GA)为交联剂,采用化学交联法制备了具有全互穿网络结构的QCS-CM-Guanidine阴离子交换膜,并对其耐碱性、含水率、溶胀度、机械强度以及电导率等相关性能进行测定。结果表明,CM和Guanidine的引入,对膜的机械强度和导电性能有所增强,将QCS-CM40%-Guanidine2.5%膜在4mol/L的KOH浓溶液中浸渍96 h,膜的电导率损失量仅为4%,离子交换量的损失量为7%,表明该膜具有良好的耐碱稳定性。Using quaternized chitosan( QCS),cellulose( CM) and aminoguanidine( Guanidine) as raw materials,glutaraldehyde( GA) as crosslinking agent,the QCS-CM-Guanidine anion exchange membranes with fully interpenetrating network structure are prepared by chemical cross-linking method.The alkali resistance,moisture content,swelling degree,mechanical strength and electrical conductivity of the prepared membranes are determined. The results show that the addition of CM and Guanidine can help the membrane to increase mechanical strength and electrical conductivity.After the QCS-CM40%-Guanidine2. 5%membrane has been immersed in 4 mol·L^-1Na OH solution for 96 h,the conductivity loss of membrane is only 4% and the loss of ion exchange amount is 7%,showing that the membrane also has good alkali stability.
