摘 要:以煤基活性炭为载体,利用等体积浸渍法制备载铜络合吸附剂,并对该吸附剂分离乙烯乙烷的性能进行评价。考察了焙烧温度、Cu Cl2担载量、助剂Ce O2担载量、再生等因素的影响,利用XRD、SEM等手段对吸附剂进行表征。结果表明,改性后的煤基活性炭是分离乙烯/乙烷的优良吸附剂。最佳制备工艺条件:Cu Cl2担载量为6 mmol/g,助剂Ce O2担载量为0.7 mmol/g,焙烧温度为250℃。在70℃、0.6 MPa时,载铜复合吸附剂对乙烯的吸附量高达25.15 m L/g,分离系数为5.20,具有一定的工业应用前景。Using coal based activated carbon as carrier,a complexing adsorbent loaded with copper chloride are prepared by incipient wetness impregnation method. The separation performances of this adsorbent for ethylene-ethane system are studied in a pressure swing adsorption device.The influences of calcination temperature,the loading amount of CuCl2,the loading amount of CeO2 auxiliary and regeneration performance on the adsorbent are investigated. This adsorbent is characterized by XRD,SEM,etc. The result shows that the modified coal based activated carbon is an excellent adsorbent to separate ethylene and ethane.The best conditions of preparation process are that the loading amount of CuCl2 is 6 mmol·g^-1,the loading amount of CeO2 is 0. 7 mmol·g^-1and the calcination temperature is 250℃. The adsorption amount of ethylene on this copper loading adsorbent can reach up to 25. 15 m L·g^-1at 70℃ and 0. 6 MPa and the separation factor is 5. 20,which has a certain industrial application prospect.
