摘　　要：对心血管疾病影响因素进行分析,能够有效控制和预防心血管疾病的发生.根据最小二乘法原则构建了多项式拟合模型,并使用了多元统计、相关分析等方法,分别建立了Cox比例风险和概率统计等模型;使用MATLAB、SPSS等软件编程,分别得到我国男性、女性心血管疾病的预测变化曲线,和未来十年心脑血管疾病发病率的预测概率.Analyzing cardiovascular disease risk factors, it can effectively control and prevent the occurrence of cardiovascular disease. According to the principle of least squares polynomial fitting model is constructed, and u- sing the methods of multivariate statistical analysis, correlation analysis, established Cox proportional hazards model and probability and statistics, the use of MATLAB, SPSS, such as software programming, men and women respec- tively the prediction curve of cardiovascular disease, and over the next 10 years the incidence of disease of heart head blood-vessel prediction probability.
