摘　　要：针对我国房地产价格影响因素,首先从经济因素的角度出发,选取相关数据;其次,运用EVIEWS软件对房地产价格的经济影响因素进行分析、检验,最终建立合适的回归模型;最后对所求解的结果进行分析,并根据结果提出相关的政策建议.Firstly from the perspective of economic factors, this paper selects data relevant with the factors in- fluencing Chinese real estate prices. Secondly, using EVIES, this paper analyzes and tests the economic factors in- fluencing Chinese real estate prices, and establishes regression model for these factors. Finally, the results are ana- lyzed and relevant suggestions provided.
