摘  要:目的观察耐甲氧西林金黄色葡萄球菌(MRSA)和金黄色葡萄球菌(SA)对常用消毒剂抗性情况,为消毒剂的合理应用提供技术依据。方法采用次氯酸钠、二氧化氯、碘伏、季铵盐、醋酸氯己定对MRSA标准株(ATCC33591)和SA标准株(ATCC 6538)进行悬液定量杀菌试验,以细菌杀灭对数均值评价杀灭效果。结果该5种常见消毒剂对SA标准株的杀灭效果均低于MRSA标准株。结论人体皮肤与手部消毒及环境用消毒剂,其使用剂量可根据消毒学试验代表菌株金黄色葡萄球菌(ATCC 6538)的处理剂量进行选择,避免过度消毒导致环境污染及耐消毒剂菌株的产生。Objective To observe the resistance of methicillin resistant Staphylococcus aureus( MRSA) standard strain and S. aureus( SA) standard strain to common disinfectants and to provide technical basis for reasonable application of disinfectant. Methods Suspension quantitative germicidal tests for methicillin resistant Staphylococcus aureus( MRSA) standard strain and S. aureus( SA) standard strain were carried out by common disinfectants,such as sodium hypochlorite,chlorine dioxide,iodophor,quaternary ammonium salt and chlorhexidine acetate etc,and the killing logarithm values( KLs) were used to evaluate the killing effect. Results Disinfection effects of 5 disinfectants on S. aureus strains( ATCC 6538) were lower than those on methicillin resistant S. aureus( MRSA) standard strain( ATCC 33591). Conclusion Using dose of human skin and hand disinfection and environmental disinfectant should be selected according to the treatment dose of S.aureus( ATCC 6538),which is the representative strain of disinfection test,to avoid environmental pollution and disinfectant resistant strain caused by excessive disinfection.
