摘 要:目的探讨二级筛孔撞击式空气微生物采样器与六级筛孔撞击式空气微生物采样器对空气中细菌总数的测定结果的差异性。方法在相同的地点和时间,分别使用二级和六级筛孔式空气微生物采样器对选定实验室、医院门诊大厅和洁净手术室的空气进行采样,采样流量为28.3 L/min,采集时间为15 min,在37℃生化培养箱分别培养24 h、48 h和72 h后观察结果,并对结果进行统计分析。结果二级与六级筛孔式空气微生物采样器在相同环境相同采集时间并在相同培养条件下的集菌量均无显著性差异(P>0.05)。结论应根据不同监测目的选择适合的采样器,二级筛孔式空气微生物采样器适用于测定空气中细菌总数采样,六级筛孔式空气微生物采样器则更适用于空气细菌粒径大小及分布研究使用。Objective To explore the greater difference of the amount of bacteria in the air detected between two kinds of air-samplers for two level sieve pore striker and six level sieve pore striker. Methods The impacting method was performed at flow rate of 28. 3 L/min for 15 min under the same conditions and the same time in the same testing room,hospital outpatient hall and hospital clean operating rooms. All of the data on the bacterial counts obtained after cultured at 37 ℃ for24 h、48 h and 72 h were analyzed. Results According to statistics,the results showed that there was no significant difference in the total number of bacteria in the air in the same place and the same time by using the above mentioned tow air-samplers( P〉 0. 05). Conclusion In comparison,two air-samplers have their own advantages. The two level pore striker is suitable for the determination of total bacteria in the air,and the six level pore striker is more suitable for the study on particle diameters and distribution. So according to the monitoring purpose,the appropriate sampler is chosen.
