门诊手术及有创伤性检查实行患者术前知情同意的实践与体会

摘　　要：随着社会的不断发展,法制制度的不断完善,人们的法律意识及自我保护意识的普遍增强,患者对医疗活动的高科技性、高难度的高风险性还缺乏足够的认识。为了适应社会的需求,从1999年开始,我院对门诊的小手术及有创伤性的检查,实行“知情同意书签字”制度。该制度的实施协调了医患之间的关系,减少了医疗纠纷,在维护医疗秩序、提高医疗质量、促进医学科学发展具有重要意义。Although the gradual perfection of law system and the increase of the self- guard sense in law, the patients still cannot fully realize the risk of the high tech and difficulty in health care. To meet the needs of the society, we carried out the system of 'signature on the informed consent' for the patients who has minor operation in the outpatient department or with traumatic examinations from 1999. It harmonizes the relationship between the patients and medical staff, reduces the medical disputes . It plays an important role in maintaining the order of the facilities, improves the quality of health care, and promotes the development of health sciences.
