摘　　要：法律职业伦理是法律工作者必须具备的基本素养,它关系着法律执行的质量和效果,影响着国家法治建设的进程,但并未引起法学教育界的足够重视。法学本科教育应从课程教学理念、内容和"双重师资"等方面加强法律职业伦理教育,模拟法庭教学活动也应当将法律职业伦理培养作为必备要素。The legal professional ethics is the basic quality legal workers must have. It is related to the quality and effectiveness of the implementation of the law, affecting the process of building the rule of law. But it has not received enough attention in the field of law education. Undergraduate education of law should strengthen the legal professional ethics education from the aspects of the curriculum teaching concept, the content and the ＂twofold standard faculty＂ and so on.
