四君子汤加黄芪抗大鼠衰老标记物变化观察

摘　　要：目的观察四君子汤加黄芪抗大鼠衰老标记物变化。方法将30只大鼠随机分为空白组、模型组、中药药膳组各10只。中药药膳组给予四君子汤加黄芪、大米汤这一干预措施,而空白组和模型组给予大米汤干预,最后采集大鼠血液,采用ELISA实验技术检测血液中超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)、谷胱甘肽(GSH-PX)浓度。结果空白组大鼠血清SOD、GSH-PX浓度高于模型组和中药药膳组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);中药药膳组血液中SOD浓度高于模型组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);而模型组和中药药膳组血液中GSH-PX浓度比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论四君子汤加黄芪制成的药膳使衰老大鼠血液中SOD浓度升高,有延缓衰老作用。但对GSH-PX无明显作用,不是延缓衰老最佳方法。Objective To observe the anti-aging effect of four gentlemen soup plus astragalus on rats.Methods 30 rats were randomly divided into blank group,model group,traditional Chinese medicine diet group,each of 10 cases.Blank group,model group adopted rice soup.Traditional Chinese medicine diet group adopted the four gentlemen soup plus astragalus,rice soup.The levels of superoxide dismutase（SOD）,glutathione（GSH-PX） in the blood were measured by ELISA.Results The level of SOD,GSH-PX in blank group were higher than that of model group and traditional Chinese medicine diet group,the differences were statistic significantly（P〈0.05）.The level of SOD in traditional Chinese medicine diet group was higher than that of model group,the difference was statistic significantly（P〈0.05）.The level of GSH-PX in model group and traditional Chinese medicine diet group was no statistic significantly（P〉0.05）.Conclusion Four gentlemen soup plus astragalus can highen the level of SOD in aging rats,But no significant effect on GSH-PX,not the best way to delay aging.
