摘　　要：腹股沟疝前入路与后入路无张力修补术是腹股沟疝外科的常见术式,其疗效在众多的临床研究中未发现差异,但目前对于两种入路手术的争论仍然是个热门话题,这些争论局限于技术、疗效和常规(见)并发症的角度,而忽略了对男性生殖功能的影响以及医疗的社会属性。我们尝试从成人男性腹股沟疝治疗选择的社会属性角度,也即医学伦理的角度尝试对该问题进行探讨。The tension-free repair via anterior approach or posterior approach are common in inguinal hernia surgery.The outcome of the two approachs had no difference in the literature.However, there were still controversies over the surgical options for the two approaches, which were confined to the technical, therapeutic and conventional complications.While the influence on male′s reproduction and social nature of the medical treatment had been neglected.The author attempted to discuss the male′s inguinal hernia treatment from the perspective of social property, that is, in the view of medical ethics.
