摘  要:选用幼穗为外植体并进行匀浆,将匀浆物进行振荡培养,获得颗粒状培养物。再把这些颗粒状培养物接入到液体分化培养基中,振荡培养后有些颗粒会萌发出新芽,然后把这些已长出芽的培养物接入到固体分化培养基中可获得完整的苗。研究还将幼穗固体培养模式获取的愈伤组织接入到液体分化培养基中进行振荡培养,结果获取了相互分离能生根发芽的胚状体。该研究丰富了高粱再生培养技术手段。The immature inflorescences was used as explant and homogenized. The homogenate was cuhured with shaking. The granular callus- like culture was obtained and accessed into liquid differentiation edium. After further culturing, germination of sprouts will occur on some granules and then these geminated granules were added into solid regeneration culture medium. Lastly, complete seedlings can be obtained. In the study, the callus of the immature inflorescenees was cultured in the liquid differentiation medium. As a result, the embryoid bodies isolated from each other were obtained. The sorghum liquid regeneration culture was explored to enrich the sorghum tissue culture technology.
