摘 要:[目的]研究中草药白头翁中总黄酮的提取工艺。[方法]以白头翁为原料提取总黄酮,通过对影响白头翁中总黄酮得率的4种因素(料液比、提取温度、提取时间和乙醇浓度)进行单因素试验,确定白头翁中提取总黄酮的最佳工艺。[结果]白头翁中提取总黄酮的最佳条件为:料液比为1∶20,提取温度为70℃,提取时间为3 h,乙醇浓度为70%,此时,总黄酮得率为8.29%。[结论]该研究为建立白头翁黄酮的质量标准、有效地控制白头翁药材的质量奠定基础。[ Objective ] The research aimed to study the technology of extracting total flavonoids from Radix Pulsatillae. [ Method ] Using Radix Pulsatillae as raw material to extract total flavonoids, the optimum extraction technology of total flavonoids from Radix Pulsatillae was determined by single factor test of four factors (solid-liquid ratio, extraction temperature, extraction time and ethanol concentration) affecting the total flavonoid yield. [ Result] The total flavonoid yield was 8.29% when the optimum extraction conditions were as follows:1: 20 solid-liquid ratio, extraction temperature of 70℃, extraction time of 3 h, ethanol concentration of 70%. [ Conclusion] This study laid the foundation for the establishment of quality standards for Radix Pulsatillae flavonoids and effective control of the quality of Radix PulsatiUae.
