摘  要:以细叶云南松种子为材料,采用L_9(3~4)正交试验设计进行研究吲哚丁酸(IBA)、萘乙酸(NAA)、赤霉素(GA_3)3种植物生长调节剂处理细叶云南松种子对其芽苗生理的影响。结果表明,3种植物生长调节剂中萘乙酸浓度是影响其芽苗生理的主要影响因素,处理5(IBA 12 mg/L+NAA 10 mg/L+GA_330 mg/L)的CAT活性及可溶性蛋白含量最优,芽苗产生的过氧化氢较少,利于可溶性蛋白合成;处理3(IBA 0 mg/L+NAA 20 mg/L+GA_330 mg/L)的APX活性最优,芽苗产生的活性氧较少,膜系统得到保护。因此,在赤霉素30 mg/L前提下适当添加吲哚丁酸及萘乙酸可促进其芽苗生理代谢。This study used seeds of Pinus yunnanensis var. as the materials,and adopted L9(3^4) orthogonal experimental design to study the effects of three plant growth regulators [indole butyric acid (IBA), naphthalene acetic acid (NAA) and gibberellin (GA3)] on pine seed physiological and metabolic activities.The results showed that the concentration of NAA in the three plant growth regulators was the main influencing factor for seed germination.The activity of CAT and the content of soluble protein were the best in treatment 5 (IBA 12 mg/L+NAA 10 mg/L+GA330 mg/L),while the APX activity in treatment 3 (IBA 0 mg/L+NAA 20 mg/L+GA3 30 mg/L)was the best appropriate concentration of plant growth regulators which could promote the metabolism of seeds and their seedlings, reduce the active oxygen content and protect cell membrane system.
