摘　　要：分析了中医药在国际外交中的卫生外交价值和公共外交价值,归纳总结其以民间外交为主活动的特点。同时,列举了中医药在中非、中欧、中亚、中美外交中所扮演的不同角色。提出中医药在国际外交中存在标准化误区、"民间热,官方冷"、中方推动为主等3个问题,建议从推动中医药国际标准化、提高公共外交价值、创新表现形式和加深中医药产业等方面加速中医药在国际外交中的发展。This paper analyzes the value of TCM in international diplomacy. As the same time, the article lists the different roles of TCM in the diplomacy between China and Africa, Europe,b Asia and America. There are three problems： standard errors, ＂the folk hot while the official cold＂, passive acceptance. It suggests promoting from international standardization, improving public diplomacy value, innovative forms and deepening of TCM industry.
