虎尾轮根提取物对大黄致脾虚模型小鼠的干预作用研究

摘　　要：目的:研究虎尾轮根提取物对大黄致脾虚模型小鼠的干预作用。方法:采用大黄水煎液灌胃建立小鼠脾虚模型。采用系统溶剂提取法对虎尾轮根进行提取,分离得水饱和正丁醇层,配成高、中、低3个浓度溶液给药。各实验组小鼠给药7 d后,计算小鼠的胸腺指数、脾脏指数,并观察胸腺、脾脏的形态学变化。结果:虎尾轮根提取物各剂量组小鼠的胸腺指数、脾脏指数均明显高于脾虚模型组(P<0.01);胸腺、脾脏的萎缩现象得到改善,淋巴细胞数量增多;能改善其大便软化、畏寒,毛发疏松等症状。结论:虎尾轮根提取物对大黄脾致虚模型小鼠有一定的治疗作用。Objective： To study Huweilun（Crinite Uraria Herb） root extract on the therapeutic effect of rhubarb pixu model mice. Methods： Liquid rhubarb decoction lavage was adopted to establish the mice model of pixu. By the method of solvent extraction system, Huweilun（Crinite Uraria Herb） root extract, separation of water saturation n-butyl alcohol layer, match into high, medium and low three concentration solution. The spleen index and thymus index were calculated, and the pathological morphological changes of spleen and thymus were observed, after drug delivery for 7 days. Results： Huweilun（Crinite Uraria Herb） root extract groups showed higher spleen index and thymus index than model group pixu（P〈0.01）. The spleen and thymus atrophy phenomenon is improved, and lymphocytes increase in the number in the Huweilun（Crinite Uraria Herb） root extract groups. The defecate bate, chills, loose hair thin and other symptoms were relieved in Huweilun（Crinite Uraria Herb） root extract groups. Conclusion： Huweilun（Crinite Uraria Herb） root extract n-butyl alcohol layer shows a certain therapeutic effect of pixu model mice.
