消瘀散醇提物电离子导入对深静脉血栓形成的疗效及CD62-P的影响

摘　　要：目的:观察消瘀散醇提物电离子导入对深静脉血栓形成(DVT)的临床效果及CD62-P的影响,探讨其作用机理。方法:将60例DVT患者分为治疗组、对照组,每组30例。治疗前及治疗后第3、7、10天进行VAS疼痛、肿胀、CD62-P表达检查,以及疗效评定。结果:治疗后3 d、7 d、10 d,两组疼痛、CD62-P表达量比较,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后3 d、7 d,两组肿胀比较,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05),其中治疗后10 d两组比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),对照组组内在治疗后7 d、10 d比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01);两组治疗10 d后,治疗组有效率为83.3%,对照组为76.7%,两组疗效差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:消瘀散醇提物电离子导入治疗DVT效果良好,可能与降低CD62-P表达量有关。Objective： To observe the effect of deep venous thrombosis（DVT） in alcohol txtrac of Xiaoyu powder by iontophoresis and the effect on the expression of CD62-P. Methods： The 60 patients with DVT were divided into treatment group and control group, 30 cases in each group. The VAS, swelling and the expression of CD62-P were detected before treatment and after the treatment of 3 d, 7 d and 10 d, and the curative effect was evaluated. Results： After the treatment of 3 d, 7 d and 10 d, VAS pain and CD62-P expression between two groups were statistically significant（P〈0.05）; In swelling, the difference was statistically significant（P〈0.05）between the two groups after the treatment of 3 d and 7 d, but the difference was not statistically significant（P〉0.05） after the treatment of 10 d. The difference on swelling scores between 7 d and 10 d after treatment,was statistically significant in control group（P〈0.01）. The effective rate was 83.3% in treatment group and76.7% in the control group, and the difference efficacy was statistically significant（P〈0.05） between the two groups. Conclusion： Alcohol extract of Xiaoyu powder by iontophoresis showed remarkable effect on DVT and it may be related to the decrease of expression of CD62-P.
