玉泉丸对2型糖尿病肾病患者血清炎症因子、β2微球蛋白和VEGF、IGF-1的影响

摘　　要：目的:探究玉泉丸对2型糖尿病肾病患者血清炎症因子、β2微球蛋白和VEGF、IGF-1的影响。方法:将72例2型糖尿病肾病患者随机分为对照组(36例)和治疗组(36例)。治疗组和对照组均采用盐酸贝那普利治疗,对患者的饮食控制,督促锻炼以及进行糖尿病知识教育,治疗组在对照组的基础上,加用玉泉丸水煎剂,观察患者临床疗效,血清中炎症因子[C-反应蛋白(CRP)、白细胞介素-1(IL-1),白细胞介素-6(IL-6)]以及血清β2微球蛋白和内皮生长因子VEGF、促生长因子IGF-1的变化。结果:治疗组总有效率为81.3%,明显高于对照组的68.8%(P<0.05);两组均可降低炎症因子CRP、IL-1、IL-6、血清β2微球蛋白和内皮生长因子VEGF、促生长因子IGF-1的含量,且治疗组显著低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:采用玉泉丸治疗糖尿病肾病患者临床效果显著,可能机制为减轻炎症反应,降低血清β2微球蛋白和内皮生长因子VEGF、促生长因子IGF-1的水平。Objective： To investigate the effect of Yuquan Pill on serum inflammatory Factors, β2-MG,VEGF and IGF-1 in patients with type 2 diabetic nephropathy. Methods： The 72 patients with type 2 diabetic nephropathy were randomly divided into control group（36 cases） and treatment group（36 cases）. The treatment group and the control group were treated with Benazepril Hydrochloride, the diet control, urging the training and diabetes education. The treatment group was given Yuquan pills. The clinical effect, CRP, interleukin-1（IL-1）,interleukin-6（IL-6）] and serum β2-microglobulin and endothelium growth in serum Factor VEGF, growth-promoting factor IGF-1 were observed in patients. Results： The total effective rate was 81.3% in the treatment group,which was significantly higher than that in the control group（68.8%）（P〈0.05）. The levels of CRP, IL-1, IL-6,β2 microglobulin and endothelium Growth factor VEGF, growth factor IGF-1 decreased in the two groups, and the treatment group showed significantly lower indexes than the control group（P〈0.05）. Conclusion： The effect of Yuquan Pill in treating diabetic nephropathy is remarkable. The mechanism may reduce the inflammatory reaction, decrease the levels of serum β2 microglobulin and VEGF, and promote the growth factor IGF-1 level.
