精神科社会工作实践研究——以昆明Y医院为例

摘　　要：文章以昆明Y医院精神科社会工作为个案,阐述了精神科社会工作的主要内容与方法,发现人本主义和认知行为治疗模式指导下的精神科社会工作的开展,减轻了医护人员的工作压力,增强了患者康复的信心,改善了患者的认知和行为,促进了患者的心理社会康复。但是,其服务手法和介入层面局限于个人和院舍,缺乏对家庭、社区的介入;服务深度不够,不能满足患者全人康复的需要。未来精神科社会工作需要向介入层面和系统多元化方向发展,并坚持社会工作本位,在多元团队合作中提升服务质量。This paper is based on the case of psychiatric social work in Kunming Y Hospital. We discuss the main contents and methods of psychiatric social work and find out the work of psychiatric social work under the guidance of humanism and cognitive behavioral therapy can reduce the working pressure of the medical staff,enhance the confidence of the patient with rehabilitation,improve the patient＇s cognition and behavior,and promote the patient＇s social psychological rehabilitation.However,its service approach and intervention level is confined to individuals and institution,lacking the involvement of family and community. Meanwhile,the service is inadequate and cannot meet the needs of patients for complete rehabilitation. The future psychiatric social work needs to develop towards the intervention level and the system diversification direction,adhere to the social work standard and promote the service quality in multi-team cooperation.
