摘　　要：近年来,随着高等学校完善信息化基础建设,推进办公自动化的建设就成为一种趋势,也是实现高校现代化管理的重要方法。本文从办公自动化的发展现状入手,提出了新建本科高校办公自动化的建设原则,推进新建本科高校的办公自动化建设。In recent years, with the improvement of information infrastructure in colleges and universities, the construction of office automation has become a trend and an important way to realize the modern management of colleges and universities. Based on the development of office automation, this paper puts forward the construction principle of the new college undergraduate colleges and universities, and promotes the office automation construction of the new undergraduate colleges and universities.
