摘 要:为减少起下管柱次数,缩短试油周期,避免油层的再次污染,同时又可以增加施工安全性,节约成本提高时效,国内越来越多地采用射孔联作完井试油技术,但液压封隔器在联作时抗震性能差,在射孔之后易出现封隔器失封。另外,随着老油田开发薄油层和挖潜剩余进入规模开采,伴随而来的大斜度完井作业需求量也逐年增多,与常规井完井作业相比,施工难度大,风险高,机械封隔器很难满足施工作业要求,液压封隔器在施工之后经常会出现失封的情况。要解决这两大技术难题,必须开展适合该工况的完井试油技术研究,对现有管柱进行优化,开发出相对应的完井配套工具,通过管柱结构优化、施工工艺优化,提高射孔联作及大斜度井完井的施工成功率,满足油田开发需求。Completed well test technology with perforating combination operation is increasingly used in China to reduce pipe tripping numbers, shorten oil test period and avoid oil layers re--pollution and at the same time strengthen working security. However, the hydraulic packer has poor anti--seismic property in perforating combination operation and the packer's unsealing occurs easily after perforation. In addition, increasing of highly--deviated completion operation brings greater difficulty and higher risk in operation. The mechanical packer is hard to meet operation requirements and the hydraulic packer often fails to seal The solutions are to study completed well test technology fitting for the working condi- tions and optimize existing pipe string structure and operation technology so as to increase operation success ratio of perforating combination and highly--deviated completion and satisfy oilfield development need.
