摘　　要：目的探讨品管圈活动对提高皮肤病患者专科治疗依从性的影响。方法利用品管圈活动找出影响皮肤病患者专科治疗依从性的主要因素,拟定对策并实施。结果品管圈活动后,皮肤病患者专科治疗依从性由活动前的73.48%提高到85.50%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。患者满意度由活动前的88.64%提高到96.38%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论品管圈活动能有效提高皮肤病患者专科治疗依从性,进而提高患者满意度。Objective To explore the application of quality control circle in improving specialist treatment adherence in dermatology patients. Methods The main factors influencing dermatology patients＇ specialist treatment adherence were fond out by using quality control circle, and the measures of improving specialist treatment adherence in dermatology patients were proposed and implemented. Results The specialist treatment adherence rate of dermatology patients was increased from 73.48% to 85.50%（P〈0.05）, and the dermatology patients＇ satisfaction was enhanced from88.64% to 96.38%（P〈0.05）, after implementing of quality control circle activities. Conclusion Quality control circle can effectively enhance the specialist treatment adherence in dermatology patients and improve patients＇ satisfaction.
