摘  要:轮胎成型中的缠绕系统,采用西门子SimotionD系列运动控制器与S7-1500系列CPU通过I-Device RT通讯技术进行实时数据交互处理,通过Wincc系列HMI接收用户配方生成运动曲线,高效准确地完成轮胎部件缠绕。本文结合实际应用,从控制原理、核心算法等方面讨论了本地缠绕系统和远程缠绕同步滚压系统这两种机型的设计,目前都在国内外项目开始投入使用,效果良好。The winding system adopted SIEMENS SimotionD series motion controller and S7-1500 series CPU, and carries out real-time data interactive processing through l-Device RT communication technology. The Wincc series HMI received user's formula to generate motion curve, and completed tire parts winding efficiently. In this paper, the design of two kinds of models, such as the local winding system and the remote winding synchronous rolling system, are discussed from the aspects of control principle and core algorithm. At present, the two systems have been put into use at home and abroad and runs well.
