摘 要:目的对昆山市周庄镇某医院医用X射线诊断技术改造项目放射防护控制效果进行评价,为竣工验收和项目的正式运行提供依据,同时发现项目中放射防护方面可能存在的不足。方法按照GBZ/T181-2006《建设项目职业病危害放射防护评价报告编制规范》,通过现场卫生学调查和放射防护检测及射线装置防护性能检测,依据国家放射卫生有关法律、法规和标准进行综合评价。结果该建设项目的机房在建筑物内布局合理;墙壁、铅玻璃、防护门等部位防护的铅当量均大于2 mm Pb;且各检测点的周围剂量当量率最大值为0.2μSv/h,远低于国家标准,DR机的射线装置性能经检测符合WS 76-2011的要求;个人防护用品的配置满足工作人员及防护要求,但放射防护管理制度及辐射应急预案不够健全。结论该技术改造项目放射防护控制效果基本达到国家规定要求,但在放射防护管理及放射事故应急预案和演练上存在不足,需要进一步进行完善。[Objective] To evaluate the control effect of radiological protection in medical X-ray diagnosis technology reconstruction project of a hospital in Zhouzhuang Town of Kunshan City,provide the basis for final acceptance and formal operation of the project,and find out the defects of the radiation protection in this project.[Methods] According to the Specifications for complication of occupational hazard evaluation report in radiological protection on construction project(GBZ/T 181-2006),the comprehensive evaluation was performed by the field hygiene investigation,radiological protection test and protection performance test of radiation device on the basis of relevant laws,regulations and standards.[Results]The machine room layout in the building was reasonable,the lead equivalent of protective sites such as walls,lead glass,door and others were higher than 2 mm Pb,and the maximum value of ambient dose equivalent rate was 0.2 μSv/h,which was far lower than the national standard. The performance of X-ray DR device was in accordance with the requirements of WS 76-2011. The personal protective equipments met the protection requirements,but the management for radiation protection and radiation emergency plan of this project were not perfect.[Conclusion]The radiation protection control effect of the technical transformation project meets the requirements of national standard,but some defects existed in the radiation protection management and radiation accident emergency plan,which need to be further improved.
