摘  要:目的了解2015年北京市昌平区沙门菌耐药状况及分子特征。方法药敏实验按照美国临床实验室标准化协会推荐的K-B纸片法对14种抗生素进行敏感性分析;脉冲场凝胶电泳(PFGE)实验参照Pulse Net推荐的PFGE实验方法。结果药敏结果显示,大部分沙门菌对萘啶酸耐药,对四环素类抗生素耐药或处于耐药和敏感之间。耐药谱分析显示,大部分沙门菌同时对2、3种抗生素类药物耐受。PFGE分析发现,25株沙门菌具有18种PFGE带型,菌株之间的相似系数为54%~100%。结论昌平区引起腹泻的沙门菌耐受抗生素的种类多且PFGE带型呈多态性。[Objective] To understand the molecular characteristics and antibiotic resistances of Salmonella spp in Changping District of Beijing in 2015.[Methods] The K-B method which was recommended by the Clinical and Laboratory Standards Institute was used to test the sensitivity of Salmonella spp strains to 14 different antibiotics. The pulsed field gel electrophoresis(PFGE)was performed according to the Pulse Net protocol. [Results]The drug sensitivity test showed that most of Salmonella spp strains were resistant to nalidixic acid,and were resistant to tetracyclines or between resistance and sensitivity.The drug resistance spectrum analysis showed that most of Salmonella spp strains were resistant to 2-3 kinds of antibiotics simultaneously.PFGE analysis showed that 18 PFGE patterns were found in 25 Salmonella spp strains,and the similarity coefficients were54%-100%.[Conclusion] The Salmonella spp strains that cause diarrhea in Changping District are resistant to multiple antibiotics,and the PFGE patterns show polymorphism.
