摘　　要：目的分析2012—2015年汉中市流感样病例(ILI)监测结果,了解汉中市流行性感冒(流感)病毒流行特征,为流感防控提供科学依据。方法收集2012—2015年汉中市ILI及病原学资料,使用SPSS 17.0软件进行统计学分析。结果 2012—2015年汉中市中心医院国家级流感监测哨点医院ILI 5 659例,占门急诊病例就诊总数的1.33%(5 659/424 146),各年的ILI%分别为2.12%、1.41%、1.11%和0.98%。共检测咽拭子标本2 382份,检出阳性标本282份,总阳性率为11.84%,其中甲型H1N1亚型54份(19.15%),甲型H3N2亚型149份(52.84%),乙型流感79份(28.01%)。结论 2012—2015年汉中市流感流行强度较低,优势毒株为甲型H3N2亚型。[Objective] To analyze the surveillance results of influenza like illness（ILI） in Hanzhong City from 2012-2015,understand the epidemiological characteristics of influenza viruses,and provide scientific evidence for the prevention and control of influenza. [Methods]The ILI surveillance data and etiological data in Hanzhong City from 2012-2015 were collected,and were statistically analyzed by SPSS 17.0. [Results]A total of 5 659 ILI cases were reported by the surveillance hospital in Hanzhong City from 2012-2015,accounting for 1.33%（5 659/424 146）of total outpatients. The annual proportion of ILI cases（ILI%）was 2.12%,1.41%,1.11% and 0.98%,respectively. A total of 2 382 throat swab specimens of ILI cases were detected,282 specimens were positive and the positive rate was 11.84%,and there were 54（19.15%）cases of influenza A（H1N1）,149（52.84%）cases of influenza A（H3N2）and 79（28.01%）cases of influenza B. [Conclusion]The epidemic strength of influenza is relatively lower in Hanzhong City from 2012-2015,and influenza A（H3N2）was the predominant strain.
